EDGARSTAR™
Solution - The EDGARSTAR system converts HTML from MS Word/Excel into SEC compliant filing. Our goal is to provide understanding as to how the software works. Our macros convert linked or embedded Excel spreadsheets with the click of the mouse; no manual copying and pasting. Support - 24/7 support on the filing process is included. We use EDGARLINK, the official SEC software to assemble and submit to the SEC. The EDGAR support staff will assist with EDGARLINK only. All third party users must rely on the third party provider for support, usually at a fee. SEC Compliance - By using EDGARLINK, the free software from the SEC; we are in total compliance for any version changes by updating the software from the SEC's EDGAR site. There is no waiting period for a software team to send any update. Editor - The method uses MS FrontPage or MS Expression Web as HTML editors. Both products are easy to use and very effective for making edits to EDGAR filings. MS Front Page or Expression Web is not included in package. Errors - Routinely error free documents.
